In accordance with Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code, except in cases of force majeure, if the Company fails to deliver within the timeframe specified on the Order Form, the Customer has the right to terminate the contract. This termination may be effected by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or in writing on a durable medium. However, the contract may only be terminated if, after having formally requested the Company to make the delivery under the same terms, the Company has failed to do so within the allotted timeframe.<\/p>

The Order is considered to be cancelled upon receipt of the withdrawal slip, sent by registered letter and attached to the customer's Order, informing them of this cancellation, unless the Company has delivered the vehicle within this period.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t

The customer has fourteen (14) days from the date of vehicle delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification or incur any penalties. To cancel the order, the customer must send the company the duly completed withdrawal form, attached to the order confirmation, within the aforementioned period. The customer must be able to prove that they have exercised their right of withdrawal.<\/p>

In the event of cancellation, the customer must return all documents and accessories provided at the time of delivery, as listed on the delivery report, simultaneously with the vehicle collection. The company will collect the vehicle subject to cancellation from the original delivery location. An inspection of the vehicle will be carried out, based on the condition reports provided to the customer at the time of ordering, as well as the delivery report.<\/p>

In accordance with Article L121-17 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of cancellation, the company will bear all costs related to the return of the vehicle. The customer must return the vehicle no later than 14 days from the initial delivery date.<\/p>

It is important to note that these provisions do not apply to legal entities or to natural persons acting within the framework of their commercial, industrial, craft, professional or agricultural activity.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t
