We deliver to France and Belgium. Our rates in Germany are the same as those we offer in France and Belgium, which explains our competitive prices. An additional €700 transport fee is required to obtain a registered vehicle with a registration certificate (carte grise), whether in France or Belgium.

We offer cars imported from Germany in perfect condition, both body and engine, with no accidents, at very attractive prices. We deliver to France and Belgium. Our rates in Germany are the same as those we offer in France and Belgium, which explains our competitive pricing. A €700 transport fee is added to this price to ensure the car is registered with a registration certificate (carte grise) in either France or Belgium.

Payment facilities

For payment in installments, you will have to pay a minimum deposit of 25% and the remaining 75% in monthly installments, over a period of your choice between 6 and 84 months at a rate of 0%.

Simulation

For a car advertised at €10,000, the selling price, including registration in your name and home delivery, is €10,700. Delivery time to Belgium or France: 5 days.

Return policy and warranty

To ensure a better transaction, our sales are subject to current terms and return policies:

– After delivery, in accordance with internet consumer law, you have 14 days to refuse or exchange the vehicle or receive a refund

– If the vehicle is not satisfactory after delivery checks, the customer may refuse it, exchange it, or receive a refund without further ado.

– Upon delivery of the car, a garage is assigned to the buyer within their residential area and which takes care of the warranty on the car.

Important to know

We import our vehicles from Germany and only on order.

-The price displayed on each car includes all import taxes up to registration.

We deliver the vehicle to you with all the documents and paperwork in your name, registration certificate and license plate from your country already legalized.

Delivery takes place within 5 days for €700. So to get the price including all taxes of a vehicle, you add €700 to the price shown on the ad.

Delivery throughout French overseas departments and territories. Delivery time 10 days by air, delivery €1000.

The advantage of our selling prices compared to the market price is due to the fact that imports made by our company are no longer subject to an additional 20% VAT because we are an Automotive professional and have an INTRA VAT number to export throughout Europe without additional taxes.

-To order a vehicle, you will be provided with an order quote.
Following this quote, we require a 25% deposit via bank transfer before the vehicle is shipped, as we cannot transport a vehicle without a purchase commitment. The remaining balance is due upon delivery after a test drive.
If the vehicle is not suitable after checks upon delivery, it may be refused and you will be refunded without further ado.

How does importing a vehicle work with DEAL AUTO SARL?

We search, inspect, and purchase the vehicle in Germany according to your criteria. Then, we handle the transport, paperwork, and delivery to you.

Yes. Every vehicle is checked before sale: history, mileage, general condition and compliance. We only consider reliable and transparent vehicles.

REFUSAL TO TAKE DELIVERY

If the customer refuses delivery and wishes to cancel the order, they must complete the cancellation form provided and immediately hand it to the delivery company. The provisions of the article "Right of Withdrawal" also apply to the situation described in this article.

DELIVERY DELAYS

In accordance with Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code, except in cases of force majeure, if the Company fails to deliver within the timeframe specified on the Order Form, the Customer has the right to terminate the contract. This termination may be effected by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or in writing on a durable medium. However, the contract may only be terminated if, after having formally requested the Company to make the delivery under the same terms, the Company has failed to do so within the allotted timeframe.

The Order is considered to be cancelled upon receipt of the withdrawal slip, sent by registered letter and attached to the customer's Order, informing them of this cancellation, unless the Company has delivered the vehicle within this period.

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has fourteen (14) days from the date of vehicle delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification or incur any penalties. To cancel the order, the customer must send the company the duly completed withdrawal form, attached to the order confirmation, within the aforementioned period. The customer must be able to prove that they have exercised their right of withdrawal.

In the event of cancellation, the customer must return all documents and accessories provided at the time of delivery, as listed on the delivery report, simultaneously with the vehicle collection. The company will collect the vehicle subject to cancellation from the original delivery location. An inspection of the vehicle will be carried out, based on the condition reports provided to the customer at the time of ordering, as well as the delivery report.

In accordance with Article L121-17 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of cancellation, the company will bear all costs related to the return of the vehicle. The customer must return the vehicle no later than 14 days from the initial delivery date.

It is important to note that these provisions do not apply to legal entities or to natural persons acting within the framework of their commercial, industrial, craft, professional or agricultural activity.

REFUND

Exercising the right of withdrawal under the conditions stated above will result in the reimbursement of the amounts paid by the customer under the order form, hereinafter referred to as the “Reimbursement”, within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal form.

The refund resulting from the cancellation of the order will be made by bank transfer or by check, according to the preference accepted by the customer.

LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L211-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity. It is the company's responsibility to provide goods that conform to the contract and to be liable for any lack of conformity present at the time of delivery. In the event of a lack of conformity, the company may choose between repairing or replacing the goods.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEE AND TRY THE VEHICLE?
It is not possible to inspect or test drive the vehicle before placing an order, as this is an online purchase. Transporting the vehicle across France without a purchase commitment is not feasible. However, on our website, we provide you with comprehensive information about the vehicle to help you make an informed decision. Furthermore, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, during which you can return the vehicle if it does not meet your expectations.
ARE THE PHOTOS REALISTIC AND RELIABLE?

The photographs are taken after the vehicle has been fully prepared. Our goal is to present you with a detailed view of both the exterior and interior. On our website, we provide a document listing any remaining defects on the vehicle, each defect accompanied by a photo and a description (subject to the presence of defects).
